Sakura Martini

Ki no Bi Kyoto Gin, Sake Vermouth,

Yuzu Tincture, Pickled Cherry Blossom

This Martini with made with "Rinsed Style" but instead of rinse the glass with Vermouth, it's rinsed inside the mixing glass. Ideal way to enjoy Ki no Bi's very delicate flavor.

George Jettison (Manhattan)

Angel's Envy Rye, Barrel "Dovetail", Dolin Rouge, Bitters, Ice made from Crazy Water

Spirit Choice is my current best combo. I will change if I find a better one.

Ice made from Extreme mineral water keeps thick texture as it melts when stirred
